Me, my, myself

Someone
told me once that a homepage without a photo of its owner is not
a real homepage. So let's do that like everybody.
To resume, I'm a computer scientist and a
geek. That is to say I
spend most of my time in front of my keyboard writing software
instead of having social activities. As average geek, I proudly
publish my
geek code on
the Internet.

When I'm not in front of my keyboard, I like to practice some
roller skatting with friends either during the huge Sunday
excursion at Paris, organized by
Rollers &
Coquillages), either during private and wild excursions on
Paris pavements (or even the street or buses ways when we dare).
Beside this, I'm often stuck in that dark places that are Irish
pubs of Paris. I caught this bad habit from a six month long
stay in Ireland at the
University Of Ulster of
Belfast. One of my projects is to make a website that lists
good pubs of Paris, like
Mmmm!.
Geek Activities
As every good geek, I spend (or I used to spend) my week-ends in
front of my keyboard. During these times, I produced some
pieces of software or some contributions:
-
APRIL association
(Association pour la Promotion et la Recherche en
Informatique Libre), which I'm the vice president
-
Debian, a GNU/Linux
distribution, which I contribute for as a packager
- Some software:
-
w9wm, a window manager
-
grisbi, a
personal finance tracker program
-
9box,
an experiment. Much like a virtual ``box'' which hosts
X windows as a virtual screen
- some programs in Emacs-Lisp
